LARGE CHINESE PORCELAIN BOWL AND COVER 8 IMMORTALS
The featured item represents a Chinese porcelain bowl that measures approximately 7 1/2" tall from the floor to the top of the cover, 4" from the floor to the rim of the bowl and 7 1/2" in diameter at the foot ring.
The bowl has a round flaring shape and a domed ringed cover. The piece is decorate with finely painted overglazed enamels depicting the eight immortals. Part of the scene is continuing from the top of the lid to the side of the bowl. The opposite side features four rows of calligraphic text in black.
The item comes in well-preserved condition for its age with no damages found but normal vintage wear like some scuffs, marks and scratches here and there. Some production flaws and imperfections. Please, take a good look at the provided pictures as they are part of the description.
