This B-K Medical Merlin 1101 Poratable Ultrasound Scanner is in good working condition. Comes with a B-K Medical 8570 6-12 MHz Transducer w/ case, Original User Guide, Sony UP-895MD Printer and new bottle of ultrasound gel. All equipment fits perfectly on the included cart. There is a biomed label good through 3/2022. Powers on, lights up and responds to buttons being pushed without error codes. I am easily able to use the probe to acquire an image on the screen without flaws or dropouts. The printer is working to record the image when the print button is pushed. This machine is considered a portable where the keyboard folds up to protect the screen when not in use or being transported. There is a large handle on top and the machine can be carried anywhere. The probe has the original case for protection. I believe the rolling cart is original to the machine.

I couldn't figure out how to set the internal date and time but I assume there is a way for someone smarter than me.

The unit offers a full 10-inch monitor for optimal viewing and an integrated floppy disk drive for image storage and system upgrade. It is compact and portable thanks to its aluminum casing, fold-up front panel and integrated grip handle.
Condition & Testing
This is a super nice portable ultrasound system and it is obvious it has been well cared for because it shows very little sign of use and no visible damage. I plugged it in and it passes startup without error codes. I was easily able to acquire an image with the included probe. There are no flaws or dropouts in the image. I am able to freeze the image using the button on the transducer head and then print using the print button on the keyboard. The printed image is exact to the image on the screen. The date and time on the display is not correct and I couldn't figure out how to set it? I am sure it can set but it will take someone smarter than me to do it. I played aroud with many of the features on the keyboard and everything seems to be working fine to include the split screen and image adjustments. The probe is perfect and comes with the original hard case. The cart is very nice and I believe it is original to this machine. The printer works perfect. The bottle of ultrasound gel is new. The User Guide is original to machine.
